what is the best way to find a job in Las Vegas, Nevada?

I was born and raised in Las Vegas. I moved out of that area approximately 12 years ago. I have about 10 years Hotel management expierience. My new husband and I want to relocate back to Las Vegas to be near my family(my mother is quite ill) I really have lost touch on how to go about applying for a job in the Vegas market.It used to be back in the day you needed some kind of ';juice'; to get a decent job. Is there an easy way or a specific way to find a job while relocating?
