what is the difference between a business plan written for an MBA in college and real life entrepreneurial one

I have an idea , that translation work from europe can be done in low cost countries in asia although such things are being practiced in eastern europe but its a bit different, are there tips you could give me as to what all would people be intrested in things other than revenue projections and etc things which are taught in MBA classes.
