What is the eligibiltuy criteria for foreigners for doing CPA (USA)?

I am Chartered Accountant in India. I wish to Pursue CPA . Before doing CA i completed my Graduates programe in Commerce (Fourteen Years). Can any body let me know if i am eligible for CPA. What are the prospectus for a CPA in US and how much an average CPA earn?
