What is the best way to pick a career that you truly love?

I am having difficulty finding a career path. Getting ready to graduate, but want to enjoy work. Would like to make a reasonable amount of money (upper 50's or higher) but have flexibility and possibly job share (for less salary) - having trouble finding the perfect job? Any ideas? - thinking law / real estate.
